Warranty

The Faucet Connection is limited to the manufacturers' warranty, and is not liable for any damage incurred by either installation, improper maintenance, alterations, misuse, accidents or shipping, whether caused by a contractor, service company, owner or any other person. All labor and installation charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot be responsible for shipping or manufacturing delays. The Faucet Connection strives to make sure every order goes out without any damage to the product. Please inspect the complete order when it arrives. If you have visible damage you will need to make a claim with the carrier.

Returns

Only unopened boxes or defective merchandise will be accepted for return. Before returning any item, you must contact The Faucet Connection at 1-800-349-4024 to receive an RGA (return goods authorization) number. All returns must have an RGA number. Products will not be accepted for return after 30 days of the invoice date. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging, with all warranty cards, manuals and any accessories. Defective products can only be exchanged for the same item. Special orders cannot be returned. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

 

Due to contractual agreements, we are unable to sell or ship into Colorado.
